About The Position

Bear Creek Nursing & Rehab Center is seeking dedicated RNs and LPNs for 12-hour shifts, with both day and night options available. Requirements

Active Florida RN or LPN license in good standing
Current CPR certification
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Dependable attendance and a positive attitude

Nice To Haves

Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or Long-Term Care experience
Experience supervising nursing assistants and support staff
Familiarity with electronic medical records

Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, resident-centered nursing care
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
Assess residents and promptly communicate changes in condition
Supervise and support CNAs on your assigned unit
Collaborate with physicians, therapists, families, and interdisciplinary team members
Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation
Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations
Promote a positive, team-focused culture focused on quality outcomes
