The facility is a 101-bed facility located in Marion, KY. This role offers full-time and part-time positions with various shift options including day, night, 1st shift, PRN, and 12-hour shifts. Full-time employees on the 2nd shift are eligible for a $7,500 sign-on bonus.

Requirements

• Active RN or LPN license
• Medication administration and IV certification
• Knowledge of state rules and regulations
• Reliability, professionalism, and a positive, team-focused mindset
• Passion for improving the lives of residents

Responsibilities

• Assess, evaluate, and provide direct resident care according to individualized care plans
• Administer medications and perform treatments as required
• Supervise and mentor nursing assistants (RN role)
• Maintain compliance with state regulations and clinical standards
• Support residents’ safety, dignity, and overall well-being
