About The Position
CoxHealth is seeking a Part-Time RN or LPN for their Urgent Care clinic in Republic, Missouri. This role involves assessing patient needs, developing and implementing care plans, administering nursing care, and maintaining medical records. The position may also include advising patients on health maintenance and disease prevention, or providing case management. The clinic operates from 8:00 am to 8:30 pm, and the position requires 24 hours per week.
Requirements
- For RN: Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- For RN: Nursing License active in the state of Missouri
- For RN: BLS must be obtained within 90 days
- For LPN: Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program
- For LPN: LPN license and IV Certification active in the state of Missouri
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrate effective leadership abilities (RN)
- Demonstrates effective knowledge of scope of practice (LPN)
- Exhibits valuable time management skills
- Strong critical thinking/problem solving skills
- Flexibility and ability to work in a multi-tasking environment
Nice To Haves
- For RN: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
- For RN: Previous nursing experience
- Previous nursing experience preferred (LPN)
