About The Position
Advantage Nursing Services is hiring registered nurses and licensed practical nurses to provide compassionate, high-quality home care to children and adults in Carol Stream, Illinois. Nurses provide one-on-one care in the patient’s home according to the physician’s care plan. No pediatric or home-care experience is required. Day-shift openings are available Tuesday and Wednesday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Full-time, part-time, and PRN hours are available.
Requirements
- Active Illinois nursing license.
- Current CPR certification.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one patient care.
- Provide nursing care in accordance with the physician’s care plan of treatment.
- Monitor the patient’s condition and maintain patient charts.
- Assist the patient with daily activities.
- Take and record vital signs.
- Provide caregiver relief.
