About The Position

This position at Orthopaedic Associates supports Level I Office Surgery procedures within our outpatient orthopedic and pain management setting. We are seeking an experienced RN or LPN with a strong background in Orthopedics and Pain Management to join our growing in-office surgical team.

Requirements

• Active Florida RN or PLN license.
• Current BLS & ACLS (AHA preferred).
• Knowledge of sterile technique and orthopedic workflow.

Nice To Haves

• C-Arm procedure experience preferred.
• EMR experience preferred: Athena.

Responsibilities

• Circulate orthopedic and pain management procedures.
• Complete pre-op, intra-op, and post-op assessments.
• Ensure proper room setup, equipment checks, and C-Arm support.
• Maintain compliance with infection control, OSHA, and state regulations.
• Document all procedural activity in the EMR.
• Assist with room turnover, restocking, and daily logs.
• Collaborate with surgeons, APPs, and clinical leadership.
