About The Position
Advantage Nursing Services is hiring homecare nurses to provide one-on-one care to children and adults in their homes in Smithville, Missouri. Day and night shifts are available every other Saturday and Sunday, with schedules of 8 a.m.–5 p.m., 6 p.m.–midnight, or 9 p.m.–5 a.m. Thursday and Friday shifts of 6 p.m.–midnight are also listed. Full-time, part-time, and PRN hours are available immediately. The role requires G-tube, tracheostomy, and ventilator experience.
Requirements
- Active Missouri nursing license.
- Current CPR certification.
- G-tube, tracheostomy, and ventilator experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one patient care.
- Provide nursing care in accordance with the physician's care plan of treatment.
- Monitor the patient's condition and compose patient charts.
- Assist the patient in daily activities.
- Take and record vital signs.
- Provide caregiver relief.
