About The Position

Join WesleyLife and help revolutionize the aging experience as a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse. This role involves assessing residents, developing care plans, administering medications and treatments, and providing direct nursing care. You will also coordinate care with physicians, families, and the healthcare team, support CNAs and other care staff, and educate residents and their families. Open shifts are available for the 3rd Shift (10:00pm - 6:30am) on a Part-Time basis.

Requirements

• State of Iowa RN or LPN License

Responsibilities

• Assess residents and help develop care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Provide direct nursing care, including wound care and IV therapy.
• Coordinate care with physicians, families, and the healthcare team.
• Support and guide CNAs and other care staff.
• Educate and support residents and their families.
