About The Position

Responsibilities

• Blood glucose monitoring as ordered
• Full range of diagnostic labs
• O2 saturation monitoring
• Oxygen therapy, including high flow of up to 10L/min
• Nebulizer treatment
• Incentive spirometry
• IV fluids (initiation and maintenance)
• IV antibiotics
• Anticoagulation therapy (Heparin, Coumadin, Eliquis)
• Isolation (contact)
• Immunizations (influenza, pneumonia, COVID-19, Hep B)
• Colostomy management
• Pain management
• Basic & complex wound care
• Automatic Defibrillator (AED) onsite
• G-tube feeding, J-tube (Enteral) feeding
• Indwelling urinary catheters
• Suprapubic catheters
• Surgical drain management
• Incontinence management
• Braces/Splints
• Specialized diets; Gluten, Vegan, Vegetarian, Textured
• Diabetic Nutritional Management
