About The Position

Dependable Nurses, Inc. is seeking a compassionate and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a part-time private duty nursing case in Bullhead City, Arizona. This position is perfect for a nurse looking to pick up one consistent night shift each week while providing personalized, one-on-one care to a patient in the comfort of their home. Dependable Nurses, Inc., the Phoenix branch of Dependable Health Services, provides compassionate one-on-one skilled nursing care for medically fragile children and young adults in their homes. Our nurses provide physician-directed care while building meaningful relationships with patients and their families.

Requirements

• Active Arizona RN or LPN License (or Compact License)
• Valid Arizona Driver's License
• Current BLS Certification (online-only courses not accepted)
• Current TB test or chest X-ray within the past 12 months
• Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card
• Article 9 Training (assistance available)
• Dependable, compassionate, and patient-focused
• Strong communication and critical-thinking skills

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled one-on-one nursing care in the patient's home
• Follow the patient's individualized plan of care
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor the patient's condition and report changes appropriately
• Collaborate with the patient's family and clinical team
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Assist with positioning, transferring, and other care needs as appropriate
• Maintain a safe and supportive environment throughout the night
