About The Position
Advantage Nursing Services is seeking registered nurses (RNs) or licensed practical nurses (LPNs) to provide home care to patients in Galesburg, Illinois. The role involves one-on-one care for children and adults in their homes. No pediatric or home care experience is required. Weekend schedules are available on Saturday and Sunday, either 9 a.m.–5 p.m. or 7 p.m.–7 a.m. Full-time, part-time, and PRN hours are available immediately, with flexible scheduling.
Requirements
- Active Illinois nursing license.
- Current CPR certification.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one patient care.
- Provide nursing care in accordance with the physician's care plan of treatment.
- Monitor the patient's condition and compose patient charts.
- Assist the patient with daily activities.
- Take and record vital signs.
- Provide caregiver relief.
