Requirements

Current RN or LPN license in Arizona
Valid CPR certification with BLS, First Aid and training in AED procedures
6 months nursing experience in a long-term care setting preferred
Strong customer service skills with a hospitable attitude
Comfortable receiving the flu vaccine

Responsibilities

Provide direct care to residents.
Assist residents.
Accurate and timely administration of medications and treatments.
Maintain accurate documentation of medication administered and care rendered.
Accurate and thorough completion of skilled charting, change of condition, monthly charting, evaluations, and all other regulatory documentation as assigned.
Assist in admission and discharge procedures.
Respond to resident emergency call system as indicated.
Keep physician and family aware of change in resident’s condition.
