Requirements

Current RN or LPN license in the state of practice.
Current CPR/BLS, AED, and First Aid certification.
Candidates selected for hire must successfully pass a criminal background check, drug screening, and any required state-mandated clearances.
Employment is contingent upon meeting all screening requirements in accordance with federal, state, and accrediting-body regulations.

Responsibilities

Instruct and guide LPNs in client care responsibilities and assignments.
Complete initial Nursing Assessments for new admissions.
Administer medications according to protocols.
Implement and deliver detox protocols effectively.
Conduct COWS and CIWA scales with appropriate clients as per protocol.
Provide medication education to clients, ensuring understanding of their treatments.
Coordinate with medical providers for initial assessments and medication management appointments.
Maintain medical equipment in proper working order while ensuring confidentiality and appropriate boundaries.
Perform other duties as assigned.
