Requirements
- Active RN or LPN license in Nebraska
- CPR certification
- A genuine passion for senior care
- A heart for teamwork and a mind for leadership
Responsibilities
- Monitor and assess residents through the night.
- Administer medications, care for wounds, and help residents rest.
- Educate and support residents and families.
- Supervise CNAs and mentor new staff.
- Collaborate with doctors and leaders to improve care and outcomes.
