About The Position
Bridges of Hope is looking for PRN RN/ LPNs with availability during days, nights, and weekends. This role is located near Muncie, Anderson, Lapel, Alexandria, Fishers, and Noblesville. Nurses are responsible for implementing nursing services in medical detoxification and residential settings.
Requirements
- Active RN or LPN license (Indiana)
- ASN or BSN from an accredited school
- 1+ year nursing experience (hospital or behavioral health preferred)
- BLS certification (or obtained within 30 days)
- Strong communication, documentation, and clinical skills
- Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance
- Comfortable with physical requirements such as standing, walking, bending, and responding quickly to emergencies and working 12-hour shifts
- As a PRN nurse, you must be available to work 2 12-hour shifts per month.
Responsibilities
- Complete client intake assessments
- Monitor vitals and withdrawal symptoms
- Administer medications accurately and safely
- Document all care in our EMR system (Kipu)
- Communicate with doctors, therapists, and care staff
- Respond to emergencies and support crisis management
- Maintain client confidentiality and follow HIPAA guidelines
- Work 1 holiday per year (minimum)
