About The Position
RN or LPN – Hillcrest Health & Rehab Location: Hillcrest Health & Rehab Address: 1702 Hillcrest Drive, Bellevue, NE 68005 Schedule: Full-time Days, 6:00am - 6:00pm and every other weekend Starting Pay: RN starting at $38.00+ per hour | LPN starting at $31.50+ per hour, depending on experience Hillcrest Health & Living is currently seeking an RN or LPN to join our team at Hillcrest Health & Rehab in Bellevue, NE. Hillcrest Health & Rehab is a skilled nursing, post-acute rehabilitation, and long-term care facility serving aging adults in Bellevue. The community provides short-term rehab, long-term care, and senior services in a warm, supportive setting, with a focus on high-quality care and helping residents and guests feel comfortable, safe, and cared for.
Requirements
- Active RN or LPN license in the state of Nebraska
- Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail
- Compassionate, dependable team member with a heart for serving aging adults
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism
- Strong communication and teamwork skills

Nice To Haves
- Experience in skilled nursing, post-acute rehab, long-term care, memory care, assisted living, hospital, or similar setting preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide quality nursing care and support for residents and guests
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and care plans
- Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes with the care team
- Support residents and guests with dignity, comfort, and respect
- Partner with Nurse Techs, Medication Aides, and other team members to ensure quality care
- Complete documentation accurately and timely
- Communicate with residents, guests, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members
- Follow infection control, safety, and regulatory standards
- Help create a positive, supportive environment for residents, guests, and team members
