RN/LPN - Full-Time and Part-Time Shifts

Kendal at Hanover has an immediate opportunity for full- and part-time RNs and LPNs to lead the frontline nursing staff and deliver excellent patient care. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating an environment of resident-focused care, defining standards for quality resident care, training new staff and providing leadership to our nursing team.
Requirements
- Hold or be eligible to hold an LPN or RN license in the state of New Hampshire
Responsibilities
- Dispensing medication
- Administering treatments
- Documentation
- Performing evaluations
- Reporting health status changes
- Monitoring care given by other members of the nursing team
- Participates as a member of the interdisciplinary care team
- Demonstrates computer competency as evidenced by documentation using MatrixCare software for all resident care assessments, care plans and progress notes
