About The Position
Home Staff is seeking dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Registered Nurses (RNs) for part-time day and night shifts in Olive Branch, IL. This role involves providing 1-on-1 patient care in the comfort of the patient's home. We offer flexible scheduling, weekly pay, and a focus on work/life balance. No pediatric or private duty nursing experience is required, and full-time, part-time, PRN, and overtime pay are available. We are committed to providing reliable, high-quality healthcare services.
Requirements
- Active IL Nursing License
- Current CPR Certification
Nice To Haves
- Prior Experience with G-Tube, Trach, and Vent Care preferred
Responsibilities
- Provides 1-on-1 patient care.
- Provides nursing care in accordance with physician's care plan of treatment and individual plan of care, as authorized by client's payer source.
- Takes and records measurements of blood pressure, temperature, and heart rate.
- Monitors patient's conditions, including fluid intake and output, and composes patient charts.
- Assists ailing patients in daily necessary activities.
- Provides emotional support to patients.
