Requirements
- Active RN or LPN license in good standing
- Certified and experienced in medication administration and IV services
- Working knowledge of state regulations governing long-term care
- Dependable, team-oriented professional with consistent attendance
- Dedication to providing exceptional care and enriching residents' daily lives
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and provide resident-focused care based on individual care needs
- Carry out medication administration and nursing treatments as prescribed
- Assist with leadership and direction of CNA and caregiver team members
- Maintain compliance with state regulations and clinical policies
- Support a safe, respectful, and compassionate environment for residents
