About The Position

Northside Hospital is an award-winning, state-of-the-art, and continually growing healthcare system. We are expanding the quality and reach of our care, creating opportunities for healthcare professionals in Atlanta and beyond. This recruitment event is for the Northside Hospital Cancer Institute, seeking RNs and LPNs for the Oncology service line system-wide. Hiring leaders from all campuses (Atlanta, Forsyth, Cherokee, Gwinnett) and outpatient clinic locations will be present to discuss departments and opportunities.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Licensed as a RN in the State of Georgia in good standing without limitations.
• Certified in American Heart Association’s Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS).
• At least 1 year of experience in Oncology, Med/Surg, or Critical Care.

Nice To Haves

• BSN degree
• Two (2) years of experience as a Registered Professional Nurse (RN).
• Additional Life Support credential (ACLS, PALS, NRP, etc.) or other clinical specialty certifications in specific units.
• Visual color acuity depending on the role in specific units.

Responsibilities

• Attend the RN & LPN recruitment event.
• Meet with hiring leaders from various campuses and outpatient clinic locations.
• Learn about different departments within the Northside Hospital Cancer Institute.
• Seek opportunities within the Oncology service line system-wide.
