About The Position
Freedom Plaza is recruiting for a hospitality-focused RN or LPN to join their team. This position provides direct nursing care to residents in private duty. The role involves working a flexible schedule in the relaxed atmosphere of the private duty program at Freedom Plaza senior living community. The nurse will be part of the leadership team of a thriving private duty program, performing skilled nursing services, medication box fills, assessments, supervisory visits, and developing the plan of care. This role offers a flexible schedule, the ability to work in one place without travel, and the opportunity to work in a beautiful senior living community.
Requirements
- Current RN or LPN license.
- Current CPR certification.
- Must be detail oriented.
- Is self-directed with the ability to work with little direct supervision.
- Is kind, reliable, and compassionate.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience is great but not required.
Responsibilities
- Perform skilled nursing services like medication box fills.
- Perform assessments, supervisory visits, and develop the plan of care.
