About The Position
Home Heart Florida is hiring compassionate RNs and LPNs for pediatric private-duty home care. You'll provide one-on-one nursing care to medically fragile children in their own homes — helping kids thrive and supporting their families.
Requirements
- Active Florida RN or LPN license
- Current CPR
- Able to pass background and license checks
Nice To Haves
- Pediatric or home-care experience is a plus — we'll train the right nurse
- Reliable, dependable, and great with families
Responsibilities
- Deliver skilled nursing care: assessments, medication administration, and care plans
- Support children who may need trach/vent, G-tube, suctioning, or seizure monitoring
- Document accurately and communicate with the care team and family
