About The Position

The Nursing Schedule Coordinator is a key team member that is responsible for the overall assurances of appropriate staffing levels are met at all times.

Requirements

Successful completion of a state approved training program in medication administration.
Indiana RN or LPN license.
Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrates C.A.R.E. values to our residents, family members, customers and staff. Compassion, Accountability, Relationships and Excellence

Responsibilities

Create a comforting and engaging atmosphere for our residents and team members.
Create staffing schedules that ensures the provision of quality nursing care.
Coordinates with the Executive Director and the Director of Nursing to advise and communicate staffing schedules and needs and ensure compliance with appropriate budgetary, State and Federal guidelines.
Work towards a common goal of excellent care for our residents.
Ensure quick, equitable and courteous scheduling patterns and resolutions through strong understanding and collaboration with team members.
