About The Position
Dublin Post Acute is seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to join our night shift team. If you are passionate about providing exceptional resident care and thrive in a supportive healthcare environment, we want to hear from you!
Requirements
- Current Ohio RN or LPN license in good standing
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable attendance and commitment to quality resident care
Nice To Haves
- Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Monitor resident conditions and document changes
- Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary teams
- Respond to resident needs and emergencies
- Ensure compliance with facility policies and state regulations
