About The Position
South Ogden Post-Acute in South Ogden, UT is actively looking to hire a part-time RN or LPN for our evening med-pass shift. Shift hours are approximately 6PM-10PM. There is some flexibility which shifts you pick up.
Requirements
- Possess a current RN or LPN license in good standing
- Effectively communicate on a personal level with residents, family members, personnel, visitors, etc.
- Able to make decisions independently when warranted
- Knowledge of medical and nursing practices and procedures
- Thorough understanding of local, state, and federal laws and regulations pertaining to long term care
Responsibilities
- Administer patient medication according to physician's orders
- Chart the medication administration as required
- Monitor patient conditions and assess their needs to provide the best possible care and advice
