RN/LPN MDS Coordinator
About The Position
Pomeroy Living is hiring an experienced MDS Coordinator (MDS Nurse / Clinical Reimbursement Coordinator) to join our team. This is a key leadership role responsible for the accuracy of MDS assessments, care planning, and proper Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement. Requirements
- RN or LPN license in Michigan
- Minimum 1 years of MDS experience in a skilled nursing facility
- Strong knowledge of RAI guidelines, PDPM, and Medicare reimbursement
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively with clinical leadership and therapy teams
