About The Position

Clark Fork Valley Hospital is seeking a nurse to provide routine care and support to residents in their Long Term Care unit in Sanders County. This is an opportunity to make a positive impact on patient care.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current RN or LPN license in good standing with the Montana State Board of Nursing.
• Strong cognitive skills related to nursing care.

Nice To Haves

• Minimum of one year of long-term care experience preferred, or equivalent training and experience.

Responsibilities

• Administer prescribed medications and treatments, following approved nursing techniques within scope of practice, and notify providers as needed.
• Accurately document patient care in health records.
• Develop and participate in the implementation of individualized education plans for residents and their families.
• Create and manage care plans tailored to individual resident needs.
• Demonstrate nursing competencies and adhere to relevant infection control standards.
• Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement activities.
• Oversee Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) as applicable.
• Communicate clinical information professionally to team members.
