About The Position
Holbrook Healthcare Center, a member of the CommuniCare Family of Companies, is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to serve as RN or LPN Nursing Manager with QI/Infection Control and Staff Development responsibilities. This is an ideal position for a Nurse who is a dedicated leader with a background in Long Term Care. The goal is to share nursing knowledge and abilities to help build the most skilled, professional, and dedicated nursing team in the State of West Virginia.
Requirements
- Must possess a current license as a RN or LPN in the state where the center is located.
- Maintain "Train The Trainer" certificate for STNA training
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in staff development in long term care desirable.
- Prior supervisory experience, preferably in a long-term care center.
