About The Position

NurseCore is seeking an experienced RN or LPN to provide scheduled G-tube care visits in a group home setting. Each patient visit is one hour and includes G-tube feeding and medication administration. This role involves 1-3 consecutive patient visits per group home.

Requirements

• Active LPN or RN nursing license in Nevada
• At least one year of post-grad experience
• Skilled with G-tube feedings
• Current hands-on CPR certification
• Negative TB results within the last 12 months
• Successful completion of a background check

Responsibilities

• Provide scheduled G-tube care visits in a group home setting.
• Perform G-tube feeding and medication administration.
• Complete 1-3 consecutive patient visits per group home, with each visit lasting one hour.
