Requirements

  • Current RN or LPN license in Illinois required
  • Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt quickly and confidently in different clinical settings
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational skills
  • BLS certification required

Nice To Haves

  • ACLS certification preferred

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care and perform clinical assessments tailored to each department you support.
  • Document patient interactions accurately and in compliance with healthcare regulations.
  • Collaborate closely with providers and care teams to ensure smooth patient flow and continuity of care across specialties.
  • Adapt quickly to different clinical environments, workflows, and team dynamics while maintaining a high standard of care.
  • Support a variety of clinical tasks, including rooming patients, administering medications, assisting with procedures, and coordinating follow-up care.
  • Serve as a dependable team member who helps maintain consistency and quality across departments.
