About The Position

Requirements
- Current RN or LPN license in Illinois required
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt quickly and confidently in different clinical settings
- Self-motivated with strong organizational skills
- BLS certification required
Nice To Haves
- ACLS certification preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care and perform clinical assessments tailored to each department you support.
- Document patient interactions accurately and in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Collaborate closely with providers and care teams to ensure smooth patient flow and continuity of care across specialties.
- Adapt quickly to different clinical environments, workflows, and team dynamics while maintaining a high standard of care.
- Support a variety of clinical tasks, including rooming patients, administering medications, assisting with procedures, and coordinating follow-up care.
- Serve as a dependable team member who helps maintain consistency and quality across departments.
