About The Position
Trinity Health Senior Communities is excited to introduce our RN/LPN Resource Team – a dynamic float pool designed for flexibility and variety! We know that a traditional full-time schedule isn’t for everyone, so we’ve created opportunities that let you choose when and where you work while making a real impact. This role offers premium pay, no mandatory holidays or weekends, and the opportunity to work across multiple senior living communities in Southeast Michigan (Rochester Hills, White Lake, Fraser, Livonia). 8- and 10-hour shifts are available for added flexibility.
Requirements
- Licensed RN or LPN in the state of Michigan
- Minimum 1 year of nursing experience in a long-term care setting
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care across multiple senior living communities.
- Adapt to different work environments and patient needs within the float pool structure.
