RN/LPN Evening Shift Supervisor (2:00 PM – 10:00 PM)

We're seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our leadership team as a Full-Time Evening Supervisor. Requirements
- Current RN or LPN license in the State of Louisiana.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Passion for delivering exceptional care and supporting your team.
Nice To Haves
- Previous leadership or charge nurse experience preferred.
- Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and support nursing staff during evening operations.
- Coordinate resident care and ensure high-quality clinical outcomes.
- Assist with assessments, care planning, and resident care as needed.
- Promote compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure continuity of care.
- Mentor and coach nursing staff while fostering a positive team culture.
- Respond to resident, family, and staff concerns with professionalism and compassion.
