About The Position

We’re hiring a compassionate RN or LPN to join our established Intensive Outpatient Program, serving older adults in the Osmond, NE community since 2018. This role involves leading a multidisciplinary team, providing mental health support to seniors, engaging with the community for education and referral development, and growing the patient census. The program, Senior Life Solutions, is designed to meet the unique needs of individuals typically 65 and older, experiencing depression and/or anxiety related to life changes associated with aging.

Requirements

Registered Nurse or LVN licensed in the state of practice required
Graduation from a state-approved school of nursing required
Work with kindness and accountability to enhance the quality of life for our patients.
Successful completion of a full background check is required for employment.
At times, this may include drug testing.

Nice To Haves

Psychiatric Nursing experience preferred

Responsibilities

Lead a small disciplinary team comprised of a psychiatric physician, therapist, and medical office coordinator providing services to the senior population.
Engage with your local community through education (presentations, one-on-one meetings, etc.)
Referral development through hospital staff, providers, and community resources
Growing and maintaining patient census
Ensure compliance through professional and ethical guidelines
Other duties as assigned
