About The Position

We’re hiring a compassionate RN or LPN to join our established Intensive Outpatient Program (Senior Life Solutions), serving older adults in the Quincy, CA community since 2020. This role is due to program growth, and you will work alongside another nurse on the team. You’ll work alongside a collaborative care team providing compassionate mental health support to older adults! Requirements

Registered Nurse (RN) OR Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of practice - required.
Graduation from a state-approved school of nursing - required.
Associates of above - required.

Nice To Haves

Psychiatric Nursing experience – preferred.
Passion for working with Older Adults - preferred.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with a small, interdisciplinary team, including a psychiatric physician, a social worker, and a CNA, to provide comprehensive nursing care to patients enrolled in the behavioral health program.
Engage your local community to develop and deliver educational presentations, workshops, and seminars in the community to promote understanding and awareness of mental health issues and inform of the resources PMC can provide.
Contribute to the enhancement of the behavioral health program by providing insights and feedback on patient care processes, program development, and quality improvement initiatives.
Participate in regular team meetings to discuss patient progress, treatment strategies, and community outreach efforts.
