About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Long Term Care team in Edgewood, IA. This role requires a strong understanding of resident assessment, medication administration, care planning, and clinical documentation. The ideal candidate will have experience supervising Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and coordinating care with an interdisciplinary team. Comfort working with geriatric and long-term care residents is essential, as is the ability to manage admissions, discharges, changes in condition, and physician orders.

Requirements

• Active Iowa or Compact RN license required.
• Previous LTC, SNF, or Skilled Nursing experience required.
• Strong resident assessment skills.
• Strong medication administration skills.
• Strong care planning skills.
• Strong clinical documentation skills.
• Must be comfortable working with geriatric and long-term care residents.
• Ability to manage admissions, discharges, changes in condition, and physician orders.

Nice To Haves

• Experience supervising CNAs.
