RN / Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Evening Shift (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM)

Cypress Cove Care Center is seeking compassionate and dependable RN or Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our nursing team on the 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM shift. Requirements
- Active Florida LPN license in good standing (required)
- Skilled Nursing Facility or Long-Term Care experience preferred
- Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work the evening shift (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM), including weekends and holidays as needed

Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care in accordance with resident care plans
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
- Monitor residents for changes in condition and communicate concerns promptly
- Support and collaborate with CNAs and interdisciplinary team members
- Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation
- Ensure compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards
- Build positive relationships with residents and families through compassionate care
