About The Position
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Labor, Delivery, Recovery, and Postpartum (LDRP) care for a family-centered healthcare facility in Albany, Oregon. The ideal candidate will provide compassionate, high-quality maternal and newborn care while collaborating closely with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure excellent patient outcomes.
Requirements
- Current active Oregon RN License required at submission
- AHA BLS certification required
- AHA ACLS certification required
- Previous LDRP experience preferred
- Strong maternal-child nursing and patient education skills required
Nice To Haves
- NRP preferred
- STABLE certification preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care during labor, delivery, recovery, postpartum, and newborn care
- Monitor maternal and fetal well-being throughout labor and delivery
- Perform postpartum recovery support and newborn assessments
- Educate patients and families on childbirth, postpartum recovery, and newborn care
- Collaborate with physicians, pediatric teams, and healthcare staff to deliver patient-focused care
- Maintain accurate patient documentation and medical records
- Support a family-centered care environment
- Assist with GYN surgical support as needed
