About The Position
We are seeking experienced Labor & Delivery Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care in a fast-paced maternity environment. The RN will assess patients, develop and coordinate care plans, monitor maternal conditions, provide education and support, advocate for patients and families, and collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Minimum 1 year of post-graduation L&D RN experience – REQUIRED
- Active Washington RN License
- BLS – AHA
- NRP – AAP
- Strong L&D clinical skills, judgment, and patient advocacy
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Clinical rotations and nursing residency experience do not count toward the required experience
Nice To Haves
- Specialty certification preferred
