RN Labor and Delivery Per Diem
About The Position
Baystate Health, a Magnet Hospital for Nursing Excellence, is seeking a Registered Nurse to join its Labor and Delivery Unit. The Wesson Women’s and Infants unit is a labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum unit with 38 patient rooms, three operating rooms, a PACU, three nurse’s stations, one newborn nursery, and a Welcome Center. The unit performs approximately 4,000 births annually and is the only perinatal/high-risk antepartum unit between Albany, New York, and Hartford, CT. It features a Level III NICU with neonatologists available 24 hours a day.
Requirements
- Successfully passed Board of Registration in Nursing Examination and is licensed in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
- Current American Heart Association Health Care Provider CPR certification required
- Minimum 1 year of inpatient RN experience required
- Diploma in Nursing (Required)
