This position is Monday-Friday, between the hours of 7:30 am - 5:30 pm. The salary range is $38.71 - $67.87, with pay based on experience. The role is responsible for interpreting the plan of medical care, assessing patients’ clinical needs and nursing care requirements, ensuring safe and competent nursing care, providing individualized patient care, and evaluating nursing care for groups of patients.

Requirements

  • Associate's Degree Nursing required
  • Registered Nurse [RN - State License] - Generic - HR Only required
  • Basic Life Support [BLS Certification]
  • Clinical nursing experience 2-3 year required.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's Degree Nursing preferred
  • Procedural experience is preferred
  • Familiarity with the principles and skills needed for practical nursing to provide patient care and treatment.
  • Knowledgeable of the care required by respective age groups for which care is being provided.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and secure sensitive information.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology.
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills.
  • Ability to accurately screen and triage acute patients.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient reports and records.
  • Administer medications and monitor patients for reactions, side effects, and therapeutic responses.
  • Record patients’ medical information and vital signs accurately and timely.
  • Monitor, document, and report symptoms, changes in condition, and other significant patient findings.
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.
  • Modify patient treatment plans as indicated by patients’ responses, condition and clinical needs.
