About The Position
Bold Vision Career LLC is seeking a qualified and dependable Healthcare Instructor to join their training team in Queens, NY. This role involves teaching and guiding students in their healthcare careers, specifically within the CNA, PCA, and HHA programs. The position includes classroom instruction, skills lab training, and clinical supervision, with a focus on preparing students for certification and employment while fostering a positive learning environment.
Requirements
- Active New York State Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum 2 years nursing experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Reliable, professional, and student-focused
Nice To Haves
- At least 1 year experience in long-term care, home care, or related healthcare setting
- Teaching, training, or mentoring experience
Responsibilities
- Teach students in CNA, PCA, and HHA training programs
- Provide classroom instruction and hands-on skills training
- Conduct competency evaluations and student assessments
- Supervise students during clinical rotations (when applicable)
- Maintain attendance, grades, and required documentation
- Ensure compliance with New York State Department of Health (DOH) and Department of Education (DOE/NYSED) standards
- Prepare students for certification, employment, and career readiness
- Create a positive, professional, and supportive learning environment
