Registered Nurse

Responsibilities

Single or multi-department management of operations.
Manages day to day operations.
Directs, supervises, orients/trains and evaluates staff.
Enforces policies, procedures and standards of operation.
Position may have budgetary or fiscal accountability.
Renders individualized comprehensive nursing care, based on nursing process, to meet the patient’s physical, psychological, spiritual, social and educational needs.
Manages the staff to meet designated goals.
Position is responsible for approving timekeeping, employee evaluation, meeting applicable regulatory standards, approving supply orders and department strategic planning.
