About The Position
Join UW Health Carbone Cancer Center, Wisconsin's only National Cancer Institute-designated comprehensive cancer center, as a Registered Nurse in our Infusion Center team. You will work alongside exceptional nurses, building meaningful relationships with patients and their families. This role involves providing care for patients with various conditions, including cancer and immunodeficiency, and administering treatments such as chemotherapy, medication infusions, IV antibiotics, and blood transfusions. You will also develop specialized expertise in apheresis treatments.
Requirements
- 6 months of relevant clinical experience
- Registration as a professional nurse in the state of Wisconsin Upon Hire
- CPR certification Upon Hire
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Recent oncology experience
- Chemotherapy certification
Responsibilities
