About The Position
Our client is seeking an RN - Infection Control in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The position is for a 5x8 day shift. Candidates must have current state licensure and at least one year of recent experience. The role requires the listed clinical credentials, references, health clearances, vaccinations, and successful completion of pre-employment screening.
Requirements
- Current state licensure
- At least 1 year of recent experience
- Current resume
- Current BLS and/or ACLS and/or specialty certifications
- Two current clinical references
- Physical examination within the past 12 months
- TB skin test within the past 12 months
- MMR, hepatitis B, and varicella titers
- Respiratory fit test within the past 12 months
- Current Tdap and flu vaccinations
- Must pass pre-employment screening, background check, and urine drug screening
