About The Position
Immanuel Pathways PACE® is seeking a Community In-Home RN to work at 1702 North 16th Street, Council Bluffs, IA 51501. The Community In-Home RN is responsible for the development, implementation, and evaluation of homecare services for program participants, under the direct supervision of the Clinic Practice Manager and/or Clinical Nurse Supervisor.
Requirements
- Current Registered Nurses License, in the respective state in which he/she is employed is required.
- Two (2) years of nursing experience in a hospital, nursing home or community based setting.
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor of Science Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Home health experience preferred.
