About The Position

This is a Full-Time position in the Growth and Development Clinic, working Monday - Friday, 8am - 4:30pm. The role involves providing and promoting a proficient level of nursing practice to efficiently deliver safe, effective, and holistic patient and family-centered care for patients and families with complex needs. The RN III utilizes advanced knowledge, skills, and experience to understand situations holistically, plan, and adjust care accordingly. They quickly recognize variations from the anticipated course, think critically, modify plans, make appropriate decisions, identify salient patient care issues, and focus on long-term goals.

Requirements

Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college program or technical school or nursing diploma
1 of the following:
Demonstrated performance of 100% at the previous level and score within documented RN II/III levels via ACHieve career ladder for internal employees.
Nursing - 3 years of experience
Certification specific to patient population
Registered Nurse (RN) license - Arkansas or Compact State
