About The Position

This RN will be responsible for providing nursing duties on the CSU unit at St Illa. This program provides services to adults with severe and persistent mental illness, substance related disorder and persons with co-occurring mental health and substance use needs.

Requirements

• Valid Georgia RN license with no limitations.
• At least 21 years old.
• Valid in-state driver's license.
• Driving record with no more than 6 points.
• Computer proficiency.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of nursing policies, procedures, protocols, treatments, standards of care and nurse practice act.
• Knowledge of the procedures for medication administration.
• Knowledge of pharmacology.
• Knowledge of immunization regulations and protocols.

Responsibilities

• Providing nursing duties on the CSU unit at St Illa.
• Providing services to adults with severe and persistent mental illness, substance related disorder and persons with co-occurring mental health and substance use needs.
• Assessing, planning for, and providing basic nursing skills.
• Developing, implementing and revising plan of care.
• Administering oral, subcutaneous, sublingual and IM medications.
