It’s the way you want to be treated. This role requires an experienced L&D nurse who will assist providers with vaginal and c/s deliveries. The nurse will be versed in L&D protocols, such as, Maternal Hemorrhage and severe HTN (preeclampsia), pitocin protocol, sterile vaginal exams, and basic fetal monitoring.
Requirements
- Experienced L&D nurse
- BLS required
- ACLS required
- NRP required
- C-EFM after 18 months of hire
Responsibilities
- Assist providers with vaginal and c/s deliveries.
- Be versed in L&D protocols, such as, Maternal Hemorrhage and severe HTN (preeclampsia), pitocin protocol, sterile vaginal exams, and basic fetal monitoring.
