RN II, Infusion
About The Position
We are hiring a full-time RN for our Infusion Clinic Float Pool team. This is a day shift position. This position will float between all of our 4 main locations. These locations are at the Plaza, Lee's Summit, North Kansas City and Overland Park. In a hospital setting, the RN is accountable for utilizing the nursing process. They are responsible for performing patient care, delegating patient care tasks, and for the supervision of other patient care staff. They are responsible for coordinating the plan of care for a group of assigned patients and consulting with other members of the health care team when indicated to ensure optimal patient outcomes. This nurse demonstrates proficiency and abides by policies, rules, guidelines, and procedures. Strong time management, teamwork, communication, and multi-tasking skills are important to be successful in this position. Previous experience with infusion is strongly preferred. Requirements
- 2 years Applicable Experience
- Basic Life Support - American Heart Association or Red Cross
- Registered Nurse (KS) - National Council of State Boards of Nursing (NURSYS)
- Registered Nurse (MO) - National Council of State Boards of Nursing (NURSYS)
- Bachelor's Degree - Nursing
