About The Position

RN II Float – Med Surg Med Surg 2nd Floor North- RN- Full Time / Nights Bring your passion to Texas Health so we are Better + Together Work location: Texas Health Alliance: 10864 Texas Health Trail Fort Worth, TX 76244 Work hours: Full Time (36 Hour) Night Shift; 7P-7A x3 shifts per week with rotating weekends and holidays Department Highlights: Med Surg 2nd Floor North Required to float to other Med Surg units and ED Hold based on patient care and staffing needs

Requirements

Nursing Diploma (nursing) required Or Associate's Degree Nursing required Or Bachelor's Degree Nursing preferred
1 year experience as a Registered Nurse or completion of an RN residency program required
RN - Registered Nurse upon hire required
BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly required

Nice To Haves

1+ years of med surg RN experience in a hospital setting preferred
