About The Position
Registered Nurse in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) with responsibilities in a 26-bed Coronary Care Unit (CCU) at Wesley Medical Center. The role requires management of critical patients with equipment such as balloon pumps, Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy (CRRT), and hypothermia protocols.
Requirements
- Minimum 1-year current acute care hospital ICU experience
- BLS, ACLS, and NIH certifications
Nice To Haves
- Prior Meditech experience
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care in the ICU with a 1:2 patient ratio
- Perform procedures including heart catheterizations, central lines, and medication drips
- Utilize electronic medical records and advanced ICU equipment
